The yellow color distinguishes this oil from all other monocultivars. This peculiar color is accompanied by a pleasant balance in the taste of spicy and bitter notes, which allows itself to discover its intense and pleasantly pungent perfume. A peculiar characteristic of this product is also the almond accent that can be perceived in the final nuance.
The olives used for this unique product come exclusively from Calabria. More specifically, the crops are located in the territories of Cosenza and Catanzaro.
