Description
An even more thorough investigation is carried out from this type of blend to ensure that no type of pesticide has been used before or during the olive harvest. It has a fruity flavor of medium intensity, not aggressive at all, which is offered with delicate vegetal notes. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is softened by the presence of almond flavor.
Origin
This blend is obtained with the best of southern italian olives. The olives of the Ogliarola and Coratina qualities are from Puglia. More specifically, is a variety typical of the agro bitontino and of the center / south-west of the province of Bari.
Sicilian olives are instead of the Biancolilla variety, so defined for the fruit color change during the ripening cycle. Among one of the oldest Sicilian varieties, these grow in the provinces of Messina, Palermo, Agrigento, Catania and Ragusa.
