This blend is obtained with the best of southern italian olives. The olives of the Ogliarola and Coratina qualities are from Puglia. More specifically, is a variety typical of the agro bitontino and of the center / south-west of the province of Bari.
Sicilian olives are instead of the Biancolilla variety, so defined for the fruit color change during the ripening cycle. Among one of the oldest Sicilian varieties, these grow in the provinces of Messina, Palermo, Agrigento, Catania and Ragusa.
